Led a project with a Taiwan largest conglomerate in retail industry to perform job evaluation for their executive positons of its horizontal business groups (both Taiwan & China businesses). Provided advisory in Total Rewards, conducted compensation and benefits benchmarking and review for a global prestige cosmetics company in Taiwan. Developed a sales incentive plan and provided recommendations for a global pharmaceutical company in Taiwan to meet its corporate guidelines and support its organizational transformation initiative. Conducted job evaluations, grade structure and pay structure review, compensation and benefits review for a global imaging and technology company. Led a project with a government institution to provide customized mobility allowance base amount with COL & QOL indices to help plan and manage rewards for their international representatives around the world. Led and conducted remuneration and benefits surveys, HR practices survey for different industries in Taiwan. |
